Take a breath, a pause, be present.
It’s all start with the breath, the way we emerge to life and hold ourself into this realm. With the breath we allow life to unfold through our body, it is an infinite circular force that moves through us and invites to create and be. With breath and touch there is an invitation to be fully in our cyclical female nature.
In this safe container we take the time to breathe, to touch and to name parts of us that are not fully visible: our Yoni, a sanskrit name for holy temple, which contain all our vulva, vagina and womb
This guided journey is an invitation to explore and feel from within our sacred cave, sometimes refers to as our lower mouth, a place of creation, where the truth come through. We take the time to be in full presence with ourselves and what our pelvic diaphragm is telling us.
