This body work session centers around Womb Health, understanding that a woman's overall health is determined by the vibrancy of her sexual organs and hormonal balance. This is true holistic gynecological care that understand women's health and cyclical nature, offering support in a non-invasive way, respecting women's tissues, boundaries and sovereignty.
Using various techniques: fascia and muscle release, cranio-sacral, energetic work, we tend to adhesions, misaligned uterus (retroverted, tilted), organs prolapse (uterus, bladder), scar tissues, inflammation,... apprehending cells, tissues, body systems and your whole being with a focused and nurturing touch.
This is an intimate and sacred work that honour your own needs and rhythm.

This work is for women of any age that either or combine:
-wish to deepen their connection to the womb space to better understand their unique female physiology.
-suffer from either/and: incontinence, recurring bladder infection, menstrual pain, unexplained infertility, recurring pregnancy loss, endometriosis, PCOS, organ/s prolapse...
-postpartum support after birth, miscarriage, abortion.
-recovery support after surgery: C-section, reproductive organs... & scars tissues recovery.
-Recovering sexuality with pleasure when pain, shame, trauma and disconnection are present.
-releasing body tension: from jaws to pelvic bowl.

If wanted I offer complementary guidance on nutrition and herbal supplementation to support the regeneration of your tissues and hormonal health.

PRACTICAL

o sessions are between 3 to 5 hours. A few sessions can be needed to offer optimal result, an integration period between sessions from 7 to 15 days is recommended.
